  • Pilates (Mix of The Method and Stott Pilates) - teaching approx 16 years
  • Yoga
  • Newbody (approx 16 years) - Low Impact with Handheld weights
  • Spinning - teaching approx 13 years, Les Mills RPM, Schwinn, Keiser
  • Get on the Ball
  • Hi/Low
  • Muscle Conditioning Classes
  • Ab Classes (medicine ball, bosu and stability ball, resistance bands)
  • Boxercise, Cardio Kick-Boxing
  • Tribal Beat – specialty class done to drum music. Combination of Tai Chi, dance and Fitness.
  • Fusion (A blend of Pilates and Yoga)
