Class Portfolio

  • Newbody (approx 14 years) - Low Impact with Handheld weights
  • Spinning - teaching approx 8 years, Les Mills RPM, Schwinn, Keiser
  • Get on the Ball
  • Hi/Low
  • Muscle Conditioning Classes
  • Ab Classes (medicine ball, bosu and stability ball, resistance bands)
  • Pilates (Mix of The Method and Stott Pilates) - teaching approx 10 years
  • Boxercise, Cardio Kick-Boxing
  • Tribal Beat – specialty class done to drum music. Combination of Tai Chi, dance and Fitness.
  • Fusion (A blend of Pilates and Yoga)

  • Junior Provincial Basketball Team (Manitoba)
  • Arctic Winter Games Basketball Team Captain and MVP
  • NWT Team for the National Team Squash Championships - Kelowna, Halifax and Calgary
  • Manitoba Marathon
  • 2007 -2012, Dragon Boat Festival - City Team 2007 / RCMP Team 2008-2012
